04. Set-up Email Signature for your SF Account

There is an e-mail tool within Salesforce that allows you to send emails to your clients from the platform. You will want to make sure you have an email signature set-up. Here is how:

1.

In the top right corner of the platform:

  • Click on your Profile Picture

  • Click Settings

  • Click Email

  • Click My Email Settings

  • Under “Signature” field, cut and paste your California Closets email signature,

  • Click Save.

 

3.

Once completed, on the lower right side of any opportunity page, under “Activity” and “Email”, the professional CC Email signature will be automatically added to the bottom of the email field.
