Salesforce has a place to store files related to the clients' job similar to Dashboard Documents tab, it is called Files.
Hover or click into Files in the Quick Links, will see any pdf documents you created by running a Nintex DocGen Package, you can also upload files or download/delete files that may be outdated.
When sending an Adobe Sign document, all of the files available in the “Files” quick links will appear.
You will need to remove any documents that you do not wish to send with the contract by clicking the “x” to the right of the document.
