Ironing Board

Ironing boards are a popular addition to closets, laundry rooms or hobby spaces. This ironing board uses a drawer face, typically a L size, that flips down like a bottom hinge door. The ironing board then slides out and rotates for use. Most locations offer them to fit a 24” wide by 14” deep component.

Select Ironing Board from the Pull-Outs section of the ribbon toolbar. Note the dimensions above/below and left click to place it in a component at the desired height.

It is recommended that the shelf above sits at about 41” – Remember that you can check the spot height of the drawer when placing, or adjust after in place.

It will appear as a drawer with the code “IRB” for ironing board on the front. This part moves and deletes like other parts.

In the 3D view, left click on the ironing board face, and it will extend out just as it would in real life.

IRONING BOARD PROPERTIES

The options in the ironing board Properties [Parts] look very similar to door properties. Users can chose the front type, style, finish, overlays, hinges and hardware.

Towards the bottom, there is the option to change the Finish of the mechanism,
