Within the program, a link containing information and images can be generated which makes sending design details is fast and convenient.
Before sending, review what views are to be included from the Images tab. Any image with a green checkmark will be included, and left clicking on images will remove them. Users can also select all, select just 2D images, or select just the 3D images from the ribbon toolbar.
As with printing, users can e-mail from the Job Manager. Make sure any box with an e- prefix is checked if wanting to share that space. It will only include spaces that are not greyed out and have Enabled checked on the far left. In the example below, it will print spaces 1, 2 and 4.
The following can be selected or deselected individually:
e-Images: Any selected images from the “Images” tab. This includes 2D and 3D views.
e-3D: Link will include the option for customers to view models without downloading a plug-in. This will include clients with a PC, Mac computer, phone or tablet.
e-Price: If checked, the quote per space will be included.
Once the appropriate spaces and e- prefix options selected, simply click on the Share button in the Job Manager.
It may take a few moments to generate, especially of the project contains multiple spaces.
Once generated, the designer can then copy and paste the link URL into an e-mail message and send to the client. This provides the option to add additional information into the body of the e-mail or to add other attachments that may be relevant.
Upon opening the link, it will show the 3D and 2D view(s) of the space(s), as well as the quote (if enabled). The options seen will vary depending on the number, or type, of images selected before e-mailing as well as how many spaces were enabled.
