Reason Codes

To setup a reason code follow the information below.

Follow the path: Xmc>Sales Management >Customer Relationship Management > Setup > Reason Code




  1. Click on New
  2. Click on New Reason Code
  3. Enter the Reason Code
  4. Enter the Description
  5. Click Save




NOTE: Make sure to monitor the GL codes when entering in any new codes.
