Installation Steps

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn at all times when handling material and operating the power tools mentioned throughout this process. Review the PPE Matrix for further guidance.

  1. Check the included hardware.

  • Ensure you have the correct amount of baskets and they are the right color according to the BOM.

  • Ensure each basket has a pair of drawer runners.

  • Cut the tie holding them and inspect to make sure they are not damaged, and you have a left and right.

  1. Mount the runner to the partition.

  • Separate the runners into two pieces: the “rail” which gets mounted to the cabinet, and the “slide” which snaps into the rail and holds the basket.

  • Consult the elevation and mount all “rails” to the pars in the correct locations using 2 euro screws, and ensure the open side of the “rail” is at the front of the system.

  • Insert the “slide” into the rail until it snaps in. The hooks on the slide must be facing up on the partition. This is how you will know you have installed it on the correct side.

    • Ensure the ball-bearing slider is at the front of the “slide”.

  • Test functionality by moving them in and out twice.

  1.

  1. Prep the runners and install the basket.

  • Pull the runners all the way out on both sides.

  • Drop the basket onto the runners in the correct place. The second rail of the basket should be the one caught by the runners.

  • The tabs on the runners should be on the outside of the metal bars to ensure no movement of the basket on the runner.

  • Test functionality by moving the basket in and out twice.

  1. Add basket liner, if indicated on the elevation. Ensure the logo is facing toward the front.
