New Quotes being loaded must have Lines numbered consecutively from 1.

Sometimes a ZD comes through for an old job that is not in Epicor, the Quote won’t load because the first QuoteLine number on the CSV load file is greater than 1 and there is no existing Quote to append the ZD Lines to.

Sometimes an AP comes in where QuoteLine doesn't begin at 1.

Error in Message Log: Quote Line is not in sequence with previous lines.

To get the Quote to load:

1. Verify the Customer exists in the CCO.

   1. If not, push the customer from Dash to the CCO.

2. Check to see whether the quote is in CC5.

   1. If the quote is not in the CCO or CC5, make the ZD line 1 and reprocess to import.

   2. If the quote is in CC5 only,

      1. Make note of how many lines are in the CC5 quote. There need to be the same number of lines on the CCO quote as there are in the CC5 quote.

      2. Make note of how many lines are in the load file, for rows where LineTyp=2.

      3. Check the QuoteLine column of the load file and add lines to match the CC5 Quote.

         1. Copy/paste to insert LinTyp=2 lines into the load file before the ZD line, and set values for each inserted line.

            1. PartNum set to FIN.SPACE.GO.LIVE

            2. QuoteLine set consecutively from 1

            3. OrderQty set to 1

            4. DocDspExpUnitPrice and NetValue_CR8_c set to $0

3. Then reprocess the load file to import the Quote.
