CC Pricing Policy

California Closets XMC’s are set up for selling fabricated parts, not a distributor of board stock.

In the case that a request is made for transfer of material, the following process and pricing is to be followed:

Pricing:

  • Landed Cost

    • (USD or current Euro exchange rate)

    • Landed cost (purchase price + freight) and exchange rate to be calculated by Centralized Purchasing group

  • Distribution Factor: 20%

    • Distribution factor applies to all requesting locations

  • Outbound Freight

    • Freight is XMC dock and is the responsibility of the purchasing entity.

    • Outbound freight to be determined by Shipping/Receiving group at XMC.

Example:  Landed cost per item X USD or Current Euro Exchange Rate X Distribution Factor X Outbound freight to destination.

Product MOQ:  Only Full bunks of board are transferred.

Inventory status: Centralized Purchasing to calculate availability of material requested and recommend appropriateness of material sale.

Approval:  Prior approval of transfer of XMC stock must be approved by XMC Director of Manufacturing or President of Fulfillment prior to agreement commitment.  Deviations from the above process and pricing to be done at the discretion of Director of Manufacturing or President of Fulfillment.
