Upper Cabinets

Upper cabinets are wall mounted components with shorter partitions. They are typically placed above lower base cabinets.

If users need help lining them up with a lower cabinet, use the Measuring Tape tool or take note of the dimensions when moving the base cabinet.

Users will want to consider the space between the two components when adding uppers to ensure the client has space to use the lower components or countertop below. Users can adjust the height of partitions in two ways:

1

Adjust the number in the Height field of Properties [Component].

2

Click and drag the bottom shelf up/down using the cursor. When using this method, users can see the spacing between the lower component or floor.

More about changing partition lengths HERE.

Users can then resize components and add desired parts, such as shelving and doors, into the component. Certain bottom treatments can be applied.
