The following are instructions for retrieving the DMT files that are created when a manufacturing submission is made by the RBU.

Login to TARS: https://tars.calclosets.com

Locate the Requests in the tree: (Be mindful that the images are from our test environment).

Click into the job you are going to work with:

Once in the job, locate the documents tab:

There will be 3 files in there that you will use:

Click each file to download from your browser:

You will need to setup a location to save these in order to transfer them to the remote desktop for Epicor importation. In my example, I have setup a temp folder on my desktop:

You will now need to move those files from your desktop to the Remote Desktop environment.  It is recommended to setup an additional temp folder on the remote desktop. For example, DMT TARS Job Temp Files:

All you will need to do is copy/paste each file into the folder.

Now enter Epicor.  Locate the following path:

Open

Enter the Quote Header first.  Once in here, click the Quote Header Source, and locate the file you have moved from your desktop to the Remote Desktop environment.

Once you have imported the file, click Validate, then Process. If there are any errors, they will need to be addressed at this time.

Repeat this process for both the Detail & Assembly files.
