In Part enter the part number

Once the part number is entered, the Date, Warehouse and Bin will populate.

1. Change the Quantity in the Quantity Box

2. Under Reason Indicate the reason for the change

3. Use the Reference to include any additional notes (this is a free text field).

4. Click Adjust

NOTE: Ideally you would want to correct the quantity at the source of the issue, but this functionality is built in to Epicor.

To check that the part is out of inventory:

1. Copy the Part Number from the field

2. Clear the fields

3. Click Yes to Clear the field

Retype in the part number (or paste). As seen below there is now no quantity.

NOTE: If removing inventory, enter the number under Quantity as a negative number.
