Context Menu Maintenance

Go to Company that you want to update

Open Context Menu Maintenance in the System Setup/System Maintenance folder

Before doing anything else, check the box labeled Customization Mode

Click on the button labeled Context Menu ID to open search window

To add Customer Shipment Entry to Sales Order records, type in ‘ord’ and click Search.

Scroll down list and select OrderHed.OrderNum

After selecting the type of record you want to update (OrderHed.OrderNum), click on the New button in the upper left and select New Context Menu Item

Type in the name of the new menu item that you are adding. This text is what the user will see when they right-click and select Open With…

Make sure that Base Form is selected for Process Type (this should be the default if you selected Customization Mode at the start)

Click on the Process ID button to open search window and type in the first few letters of the process you want to add. Typically, the process name will be the same as it appears on the Epicor menu, in this case Customer Shipment Entry

Select menu item from list and click OK

 

Click the save button <END>
