For general performance issues not known to be tied to a specific Epicor process.
First steps
Reboot your client
Check network connectivity
Verify latest Windows patch is installed. If not, install Windows patch.
If the previous steps did not resolve the issue,
Determine if the issue can be reproduced by others. provide a list of Users also experiencing poor performance.
For each User experiencing the performance issue, list the Epicor Menus and other programs (like Excel) being processed at the time and the number of instances of each.
If all these steps fail, notify Xantrion.
