User-Specific Issues that are Not Resolved by Clearing Cache

 

  • If Parallels, contact Cre8tive and ask that they clear client cache for this user

  • If error is at logon “Object reference not set to an instance of an object.”, delete and re-add all Companies assigned to the User. (Epicor KB000110630)

  • If local client:

    • Close out of Epicor.

    • Delete the following folders:

      • C:\ProgramData\Epicor\cal.ctdcloud.com-443\

        • C:\Users\{UserName}\AppData\Local\Epicor\

Note:
The AppData folder is a hidden folder within Windows. In order to see hidden folders, you'll need to go through the steps below:

  1. Open File Explorer

  2. At the top, click the View tab


  3. On the right side of the screen at the top, click the Options button and then click Change folder and search options

  4. In the Folder Options window that pops up, click the View tab

  5. Then in the list, click Show hidden files, folders and drives
