Track Changes to Epicor Tables
This topic describes how to log or audit changes to Epicor tables
Navigate to System Management > Business Process Management > Data Directives Maintenance
In the Table field, enter or select the desired Table name, then tab out.
Click File > New > New In-Transaction Directive
In-Transaction > Detail,
enter a Directive Name (Example: VendCntChange)
enter a Description (Example: Track Supplier Contact changes)
Save
Click the Design button. BPM Workflow Designer launches
From the “Other” section on the left-hand side, drag "Change Log" to the right of “Start”.
Click Start square, click one of the triangles, and drag to Change Log, linking Start to Change Log.
Click Change Log.
In Properties > Action, click "specified" to launch “Select Table Fields”
Select the fields you want to keep track of changes, then click OK.
Back on the BPM Workflow Designer screen, click Save, then exit.
Back on the Data Directives screen c
lick the Enabled checkbox,
choose Scope: Company Independent,
Save, then exit Data Directives Maintenance.
