Turn on “Developer Mode”

In the Classic Version, Developer Mode can be activated by clicking on the button shown:

In the Standard Version, click on the “Up Arrow” at the bottom of the Epicor screen to expand the task bar, then click on the wrench icon:

While in Developer Mode, open the screen that you want to test. A popup window will appear that looks something like this:

Click to put a check mark in the checkbox labeled “Base Only” and click OK.

Try performing the same processes you were having troubles with previously. If the troubles have disappeared, notify ERPSupport so we can remove any personalizations you have on this screen. If you still have the same issues, notify ERPSupport and we will try something else!

When you are finished testing, exit screen and click on the Developer icon again to disable Developer Mode.
