If Epicor is giving you issues, slowing down, freezing, please try this first.

1. Make sure you have no other Epicor window open - no other menus, windows, dashboards, etc, just the main home screen, and Click on your SETTINGS menu item.

2. Click on PREFERENCES

Open

3. Click CLEAR HISTORY, and OK

4. Click on CLEAR CLIENT CACHE and OK

5. EXIT EPICOR

6. Reboot your computer.

7. After your computer reboots try entering Epicor only and see if the issue has resolved or it’s functioning is faster.

8. If this does not resolve the issue please submit a support ticket. Submit ERP Support Request.
