Submit requests for kinetic issues and user maintenance.

Steps:

1.  Select the “Cal Closets Bookmarks” option in your Web Browser’s bookmark bar at the top of the page.

   1. If you do not have a Cal Closets maintained computer, you will need to use this link.

2. Select Epicor ERP

3. Select Epicor ERP Support

   Open

   

4. Select the appropriate option for submitting your ticket

   1. Kinetic ERP Issues/Requests

      1. For kinetic functional related issues.

   2. User Maintenance Request

      1. for adding, removing, or changing an employees Kinetic access.

         Open

         

5. Fill out the form details and submit your request.
