Installation Steps

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn at all times when handling material and operating the power tools mentioned throughout this process. Review the PPE Matrix for further guidance.

  1. Ensure you have all pieces.

  • You should have both vertical and horizontal pieces.

  • You should have all indicated accessories.  Refer to the BOM to ensure all are included.

  1. Attach the verticals and the horizontals together using the included hardware. Ensure it is assembled square.

  • Using your tape measure, measure from corner-to-corner diagonally.

  • Both diagonals should be an equal measurement; this confirms the unit is square.

  1. Attach to the wall using included hardware and toggles.

  • Make sure the unit is plumb and level before drilling any holes into the wall.

  1. Install accessories.

  • If the customer is present for the installation, leave 2-3 uninstalled. You can show the customer how to install them during the final walkthrough.

    • Show them how to install one, and then guide them through installing it and answer any questions.

  • If the customer is not present, install all accessories as indicated on the elevation.

  1. Clean up all tubes and packaging.
